    Reservations are required for the Doko Bus.

    • ●If you are not at the bus stop at the scheduled arrival time, your reservation may be cancelled.

    Go to the designated bus stop

    Wait at the designated bus stop when the 'Doko Bus' is due to arrive.
    When the bus arrives please give your reservation number when boarding

    You can also book the 'Doko Bus' from your smartphone.

    As this is a shared-ride bus, there may be a delay in boarding time at the designated bus stop due to changes in the route. Please understand this in advance.
  • ・Reservation time
    Reservations that cannot arrive at the destination bus stop by 16:00 cannot be accepted.
    If you wish to use the bus after 15:00, please contact the call centre as soon as possible.
  • ・Cancellation
    If the reserved person is not at the bus stop when the bus arrives, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
